Fabric Requirements:

9 dark fat quarters for the star points (or multiple mixed scraps)

4 medium fat quarters for the star “burst”

3 yards for the background

1 yard “focus fabric”

3/4 yard for border #1

1 1/2 yard for border #2

3/4 yard for the binding

6 yards for backing
To make Option #2, (using a panel) exchange the 1 yard of focus fabric with:
