October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we have a unique way of raising money for our sisters, mothers, daughters and friends (sometimes men) that either have or still are struggling with Breast Cancer. The financial burden of time off work, travel, co-payments and medications, not to mention the possible prosthetics and clothing costs can be quite overwhelming. We recognize there are several charitable foundations that provide financial assistance, but sometimes filling out all of that paperwork is just too overwhelming. That's where we come in!

We are here to help. We host an Annual Bra Auction to raise money for our family members and friends that would benefit
from a few extra dollars to help with those costs associated with breast cancer.
The chosen recipients will receive 100% of the funds collected from the auction, divided equally among them. There are no administrative fees.

How you can help:
Make an item to auction off! We started with a decorated Bra the first two years; worn or displayed. The purpose was irrelevant, the inspiration is everything! If you need some ideas, you can find lots of pictures on Pinterest and Google, or watch our previous years here. If you feel intimidated by the decorated bra... you can make ANYTHING you want. A quilt, a table runner, a set of pillows, a purse.... make something you think will serve us well in this charitable endeavor. When you have finished, ship it to the shop and send us an email so we are watching for it; but you MUST complete the DONATION FORM and it must be attached to the item, NOT sent separately. We will need both here by October 18th.
Nominate a Recipient! If you have a friend or family member that could use a few hundred dollars for cancer care costs we would love to raise money for them.
