Summer Sandal Pincushion Flip Flop

Materials:
Cotton, Wool or other non-stretch fabric
Sandal Body: 2 pieces 5" x 7"
Straps: 8" of 1/4" Trim
Sides: Bias Strip 1/2 yard of 1 1/2" wide bias cut
Scrap of Tear or Cut Away Interfacing - approximately 2" square
Filling: Crushed walnut shells or emery sand
