This pattern is a quick and easy way to create environmentally friendly snack sacks. They are reusable, washable and water resistant. There are no raw seams inside. Use Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) fabric for lining to make them water resistant. Perfect for packing lunches, or for travel. It's a great size for storing your charging cords or USB drives. Use your favorite fasteners for closure. Included with this pattern is a smaller size “Safe Pouch” Credit Card holder with RFID liner to help stop identity theft.? Fat quarter friendly. Fabric Requirements for the Snack Sack:

Outside Fabric: 7" x 17" Cotton or other non-stretch washable fabric for each "Snack Sack"
1 Fat quarter will make 3 "Snack Sacks"

Lining: 7" x 17" piece of water resistant fabric.
I recommend using PUL for the lining since it is water resistant, washable and remains soft and flexible. It can be found in the baby section of your favorite fabric or quilt store.

Fasteners:
Use your favorite fasteners, snaps or hook & loop. I prefer the coordinating snap sets that are made for the PUL fabric. They are easy to apply, hold fast and come in an assortment of colors.
